The Hamilton Football Officials Association (HFOA) is responsible for providing qualified officials for all levels of tackle football within the City of Hamilton: 

 

  • Hamilton Football Association's Jr. Ticats

  • Public and Catholic high school football

  • Canadian Junior Football (Hurricanes)

  • Ontario University Athletics (OUA)

  • USports Football

  • Canadian Football League (CFL)

 

With more than 50 years of experience in the Hamilton area, the HFOA is recognized by both the Ontario Football Officials Association, and the Canadian Football Officials Association.

The HFOA is governed by a committee of officers elected by the membership each year.

​

They are responsible for Recruitment, Training, Game Assignments, Billing Clients, Insurance, Awards & Recognition, Retention, and more.
